Operating principles
AVAFERM, Once easily connected to the fermentation tanks, thanks to its control unit, AVAFERM asks the operator to enter the starting parameters related to the wine to obtain and the characteristics of the food matrix to be fermented. According to the parameters entered, AVAFERM is able to propose a predefined fermentative kinetic curve, establishing the phases and timing of intervention for the nutrition of the yeast during the whole process of alcoholic fermentation.
