AVAFERM is the innovative system, with “place & start” technology, which automatically manages the nutrition of the yeast during alcoholic fermentation. It is equipped with fermentative kinetic curves, able to automatically manage the nutrition of the yeast, depending on the wine to obtain.
AVAFERM is a transportable and easily installable automatic system; it is equipped with an apparatus with memory units, where both pre-defined and customizable fermentative kinetic curves are loaded.
AVAFERM is able to interpret the introduced data choosing the fermentation kinetic curve most suitable to the winemaker’s needs.
